Our Providers Accept

Most Insurance Plans

Our experienced administrative team helps verify your insurance coverage, explains what your plan provides, and will provide an estimate of any costs.

While most testing from a psychologist is covered by insurance, plans vary. Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for testing. If needed, we will submit for authorization before testing. If you have any out-of-pocket expenses, our office will provide a written "Good Faith Estimate" of expenses.

If you don't see your insurance listed, please contact our office to confirm

that one of our providers is credentialed and in-network.

You should always contact your insurance prior to services to find out what mental health benefits are available to you through your plan.  Testing for academic problems such as dyslexia may not be covered, and testing specifically for legal purposes will not be covered. Our staff can also assist you with obtaining this information.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
