Licensed Health Service Psychologists
Steven A. Sternlof, Ph.D.
​
Dr. Sternlof is a licensed health service psychologist. He has more than twenty years experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations as well as mental health treatment for children, adolescents, adults and families. He earned his doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in Counseling Psychology and completed his clincal internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center working in Pediatrics, Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, and the VA Medical Center.
Dr. Sternlof conducts psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults to assess for a variety of mental health conditions. He serves as an expert evaluator in select Court cases, and conducts fitness for duty evaluations, working with the Department of Defense. Dr. Sternlof is an appointed board member to the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and currently honored to serve as the Chair.
Dr. Sternlof is an accomplished horseman who enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Merly Mathew, Ph.D.
​
Dr. Mathew is a licensed health service psychologist. She earned her masters degree from Southern Nazarene University and her doctorate from Oklahoma State University in Counseling Psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship at Utah State University.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families as well as facilitating groups. Her practice has included working with day treatment programs and agency counseling centers. She also has experience helping families involved with DHS and in crisis intervention.
Dr. Mathew is skilled in psychological assessment and evaluation. She has extensive experience evaluating a wide range of psychological problems including autism spectrum disorder.

Cynthia Muhamedagic, Ph.D.
​
Dr. Muhamedagic is a licensed health service psychologist. She completed her pre-doctoral internship from the Oklahoma Health Consortium with a primary rotation at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Behavioral Health for the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center. She earned her doctorate from Oklahoma State University in Clinical Psychology. She completed a fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center while also working in private practice.
Dr. Muhamedagic specializes in testing and assessment with a strong understanding of health issues causing psychological distress. She performs disability evaluations for the Veterans Administration and the Department of Human Services.
Dr. Muhamedagic is active in the community and presents over a variety of health related topics. She enjoys time with her family and watching her children in competitive soccer.

Molly Fernando, Psy.D.
​
Dr. Fernando is a licensed health service psychologist.
She earned her doctorate in Clincial Psychology at Argosy University in Tampa, Florida with the American School of Professional Psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship from the Oklahoma Health Consortium with a primary rotation at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Behavioral Health.
Prior to completing her doctoral work, she earned a masters degree at the University of North Texas and practiced as a licensed professional counselor in Dallas. She has more than ten years of experience as a therapist and in conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Dr. Fernando enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to evaluate a wide range of emotional, behavioral or psychological problems. In addition to her cliinical work in the office, Dr. Fernando works in a hospital setting performing psychological evaluations.

Kimberly Pittman, Psy.D.
​
Dr. Pittman is a licensed health service psychologist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Child and Family Services and a minor in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. She earned her doctorate from California School of Professional Psychology: Alliant International University with an emphasis in children, adolescents, and families. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral internships at A Better Way, Inc. which specializes in treating children in the foster care and adoption system.
Dr. Pittman conducts psychological evaluations for children and adolescents for a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, attachment disorders, and trauma. Evaluation reports include recommendations for how the child/adolescent's family and schools can better support and assist them in reaching their full potential.

Miracle Goetz, Psy.D.
​
Dr. Miracle Goetz, PsyD. is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of children to adults ages 2 - 45. She graduated from Alliant International University in California. Dr. Goetz has her Infant- Preschooler Mental Health certification, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy certification. She also has her Autism Specialist Certification and has been fully trained in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition (ADOS-2) by the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Goetz has over ten years of experience in testing and assessment with a strong interest in neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, attention, and developmental disorders. She has also worked with the social security administration and developmental disabilities services of Oklahoma providing assessments in the past.

Sheena Mehta, Ph.D.
​
Dr. Mehta is a licensed health service psychologist. In addition to psychological evaluations at Psychology Specialists of Oklahoma, she is the owner of Balance Psychological Services, PLLC where she provides individual telehealth therapy for adults. She earned her Masters’ Degrees from the Institute of Education and Fordham University and earned her doctorate from Fordham University in School Psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship at Hoboken Junior/Senior School. She has experience conducting individual and group therapy and conducting psychological assessments working with children, adolescents, and adults to address a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and more. She has also engaged in outreach within the local community. Dr. Mehta previously served as a staff psychologist and adjunct instructor for the University of Oklahoma and the Training Director for the Oklahoma Health Consortium.
